The Team
Together we unite under the custardy-mustardy banner in the pursuit of glory.
We’re the Nonsense team:
Rob Mosley
Managing Director
It’s more than likely that Rob will be the first person you talk to when you get in touch. A conversation addict, Rob began advertising life as the Copywriting half of an award winning creative team with Robbie at Proximity London. Rob possesses an unhealthy passion for social media – something his avid twitterings are testament to.
Robbie Greatrex
Creative Director
Robbie began his career as the Art Directing half of a creative team (with Rob) winning over 30 industry awards for creativity and effectiveness, including a Precision Marketing Grand Prix. It’s Robbie’s job to ensure that our clients have a selection of great ideas to choose from, and that the chosen idea is delivered to the highest of standards.
Adam Hawes
Client Services Director
Before joining Nonsense, Adam was Online Marketing Manager at British Gas so he has a good steer on what clients want from an agency. If you have a look at Adam on LinkedIn, you’ll see he’s also worked for Trinity Mirror and dabbled in PR, an invaluable skill that comes in very handy for our clients.
Nick Armitage
Head of Design
Lots of our projects demand a touch of the magic design wand and Nick is just the fella to provide it. Nick had stints at Cake and Don’t Panic before arriving at Nonsense in Jan 2008. Also, it would be a little rude if we didn’t plug his art project No Ones Home, or his blog, or invite you along to one of his Hip Hop/Funk/Soul/Beats parties & club nights around London.
Will Savage
Head of Video Production
Will has a background in film with recent credits including ‘The Golden Compass‘ and latest Bond flick ‘The Quantum of Solace‘. The highlight of Will’s non-fiction work would be filming his namesake as part of the royal rota for Prince William’s visit to the National Memorial Arboretum. Now, along with looking after all the video work we do at Nonsense, Will also oversees development and production of all other AV projects including animation, motion graphics and sound design. (You can check out some of his film work on his YouTube channel.)
Nick Hristou
Post Production Manager
Nick ended up on the streets of London via Salt Lake City, Chicago, and Amsterdam (where he had a stint at Wieden + Kennedy, cutting clips for the likes of Nike and EA Sports). Since arriving, Nick has become famous at Nonsense HQ for both his editing and post production skills and his distinctive, deep, and downright delicious catchphrase!
Robin Hodges
Head of User Experience
Don’t you just hate it when stuff doesn’t work properly? Or is a bit tricky to use? Well Robin really, really hates it. Fortunately, his task is to stop this happening as much as possible. Robin cut his teeth doing just this on the British Gas website and is for some reason convinced that captaining the UK World of Warcraft team helps enormously too!
Dave Fletcher
Head of Technology
Dave has the enviable moniker of “The Geek That Can Speak”. Basically, he has to work out how to code all the stuff that the ‘creative types’ dream up. Dave started his career as an analyst programmer for RM plc in Oxfordshire, formed his own web development agency, White October, in 2003, and now works from Nonsense HQ across both businesses.
